What are AI credits?: AI credits are used whenever you generate AI-powered content such as resume optimizations, cover letters, or personalized feedback. Each action costs a certain number of credits depending on its complexity.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?: Yes, you can change your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you will be charged the prorated difference. If you downgrade, your new plan will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do archived applications count toward my limit?: No, only active applications count toward your limit. You can archive completed applications to free up space for new ones on the Starter plan.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?: You can purchase additional AI credits or wait until your next billing cycle when your credits refresh. On the Executive plan, you have unlimited credits.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?: We offer a 7-day free trial for our Professional plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial period and will not be charged.
